At this stage we’ve gained an understanding of your business and have determined the scope of what we’ll be providing. It is now up to your project leader to articulate a vision to the design team and help shape the direction of our creative services. This will often be comprised of additional questions from the designers, a competitive analysis or market research. We roll all of our findings into your project details and begin outlining, wire framing or sketching concepts. We may provide you with rough concept work to ensure we’re headed in the right direction before proceeding to the more intensive design work.

This is where the sparks begin to fly! Now that you’ve approved the roughs, your designers and developers will ratchet your project up in our production schedule so it gets the attention it needs. We will push and prod desktop publishing technology to its limits to make something remarkable for you!

During this phase you will see our proposed concepts turned into polished designs. We present the designs to you through our online proofing area called the ProofLab. Here you are able to supply us with your feedback on each design. We will go back and forth in this and the development stage until you are thoroughly satisfied with the finished creation.

Now that you are head over heels in love with your custom creation, we wrap up billing and prep your files for delivery. We frequently help our customers deploy their project. This includes hosting websites, assisting in placing print orders and buying media. Finally, all of your work is archived for safe-keeping and we mail you your source files on disc.
