On The Clock:

• I’m the President of Go Media Inc. a Cleveland, Ohio based creative agency that specializes in brand development, web design and illustration. Don’t let the title fool you, I still design, sell, illustrate and manage. It’s a relatively small company and I wear many hats.
• I launched Graphic Odysseys in 1997. Eventually I merged with Next Level Multimedia in 2003 to become Go Media Inc.
• My expertise is in illustration, general graphic design: layout, branding, website design and usability design. I am also passionately expanding my knowledge on a daily basis in the area of business. It’s always been a passion of mine.
• The job of a company leader is simple. First, I need to know where we’re going and clearly communicate that to the staff. Second, I need to give the staff the tools they need to get us there. Third, I need to motivate them. When the going gets tough – I need to give them encouragement. When the going is too easy – I need to push them. And fourth, being the servant-leader that I am, I do my best to make sure that my destiny of choice is also their destiny of choice. And whenever possible, I’m chipping in, “towing the line” if you will. “All hands on deck!” I say.
• Perfect project? That’s easy: Big budget, tight deadline, highly creative with an easy customer. That’s my dream recipe.
