I am a designer. I think about design way too much and I believe I am going to change the world through design. I am a stereotypical designer.
Once upon a time, I found myself in a townhouse in Ohio with strange people who were looking at me and asking me questions. I naturally felt at home and I have been working here at GoMedia ever since.
As a designer, I am proficient in the areas of Identity and Brand Development, Print Design, Web Design, and Typography as well as some experience in Motion Graphics. Since joining GoMedia, I have become more experienced as an Illustrator, Apparel Designer, and HTML and CSS coder.
Grumble, grumble. (The second best videogame quote ever)
My ideal project would be a complete brand marketing job for a product from the ground level. I would be responsible for the identity system, all related print material, strategic branding, product website, motion graphics, packaging, POS displays, and all user experience and environmental graphics. It would be awesome.
Off the Clock:
When I am not working, you can find me hanging out at the local brewpub. I love beer… brewing beer, smelling beer, thinking about beer, and of course tasting beer. Sometimes I have a beer when I am playing videogames. However, I don’t like realistic sports games. When it comes to sports, I regularly play them or watch them on television. I spend way too much time watching t.v. and movies, but not as much time as I spend in the kitchen. I love to cook and come up with great recipes or figure out how to copy the recipes of restaurants I love.
